Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with
This service is operated by Bodapati Pavan Teja, a sole proprietor trading as Apply! ("Apply!", "we", "us"), based in India. By creating an account or continuing to use the service at applynowjobs-pt.com, you agree to these terms. If you use Apply! on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country and at least 16 years old.
2. What Apply! does
Apply! reads the resume you upload and suggests live job openings that fit it. Swiping right records the role in your Applied list and gives you the direct link to the listing. Apply! is not a recruiter, employer or job board, and it does not submit applications on your behalf to LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Seek, JobStreet or any other site.
3. Your account
Keep your login details confidential — you are responsible for everything done under your account. Give accurate information and keep it up to date. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own job search, within the plan you have selected.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of your resume and profile details. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to generate matches and run the service. Do not upload anyone else's personal information without their permission.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Apply! unlawfully or fraudulently; send spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property; upload malware; probe, scan or interfere with the security of the service; scrape, resell, redistribute or automate access to it; reverse engineer it; or circumvent technical limits such as the free application allowance.
6. Automated matching and accuracy
Matches are produced by automated and AI-assisted processing and may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. You are responsible for checking the original listing before applying and for the content of anything you submit to an employer. Apply! does not provide career, legal or financial advice, and we do not guarantee interviews, offers or employment.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of the Apply! software, design, branding and documentation. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you.
8. Payment, subscription and taxes
The first 5 applications are free. After that, unlimited applications cost ₹100 per month, billed automatically until you cancel. Billing, taxes, invoicing, cancellations and refunds are handled by our reseller under their Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy. We never see or store your card details.
9. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
10. Service level and warranties
The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost opportunities, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 6 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not permit it.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. When access ends we delete your profile, matches and lists; ask us before closing your account if you want a copy of your data.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
15. General
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms and will change the date above; continued use means you accept the update.
